Our experienced core team in the Berlin office, led by Claudia Böckermann, will be responsible for the planning and management of your project, including the selection of the best service providers. For you, this means one fixed and constant point of contact.

Claudia Böckermann was trained in the hotel and hospitality industry and has ten years of experience in the international five star hotel business. Her last position was director of a conference and incentive agency, where she spent four years supervising national and international projects for a number of well-known companies.

Taking over UNIVERSAL more than twenty years ago Claudia successfully rose to a range of new challenges. She has never lost sight of what drew her to the job in the first place though: enjoyment of working with people and dedication to service.
